CLOUD API – WHATSAPP INFRASTRUCTURE

Adzon's messaging services operate through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure, which facilitates communication between your business and your customers.

• By using the Solution, you confirm and agree that all WhatsApp-related data shared through the platform will be processed and stored within Meta's Cloud API data centers.
• You acknowledge that data localization within the UAE is not available for WhatsApp messaging data and that such data may be processed internationally in compliance with Meta's policies and applicable data protection laws.
• Adzon does not control the infrastructure of Meta's Cloud API but ensures that all data transfers adhere to applicable cross-border data protection requirements under UAE PDPL.

LOCATION SERVICES

The Adzon.ai platform, its authorized affiliates, and service providers may access, collect, and analyze your location-related data through technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, or other location-based tools. This information may be used to:

• Deliver location-enabled services.
• Improve platform functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Provide you with relevant recommendations or content.

To collect location data, you must enable location settings on your device. In some cases, you may be prompted to activate these settings.
